MASTER PLAN

Saboga comprises 22 distinct parcels ranging from approximately 1.3 to 15 hectares, designed for a number of uses including residential, commercial, leisure and retail.
Many areas enjoy extensive ocean frontage, whilst others back onto woodland or protected jungle.
The master plan promotes reservation of the island, using less than 30% of the land area with the remainder reserved for green space and landscaping.
